FOUNDER AND CEO

Donna Buttice founded Platinum Speakers Agency with one core belief: the right speaker does more than fill a slot. They create an experience that drives real impact.

She has spent nearly three decades working at every level of the speaking industry and that depth of experience is what makes her different. She understands what clients need to achieve and what speakers must deliver to get them there. That perspective allows her to serve as a true strategic partner, not just a booking agent, for every client she works with.

What Donna does exceptionally well is match. She listens carefully, asks the right questions, and connects clients with the speaker who is right for their audience, their theme, and their moment. Not the most popular speaker. Not the easiest booking. The right one. Her clients trust her judgment and come back because of it.

She has built long-standing relationships with both speakers and clients by leading with honesty, clarity, and follow-through. In a relationship-first business, that reputation is everything.

Beyond Platinum, Donna is deeply involved in her community. She serves as a Governing Board Member of IASB, is active in her local Chamber of Commerce, and works as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children.

As Donna’s daughter, Bella grew up around this business and has turned that into a genuine advantage. She is the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps Platinum Speakers Agency running smoothly, supporting speaker logistics, scheduling, and client coordination so that every engagement is organized, on time, and stress-free for everyone involved.

Bella works closely with Donna and the speakers to keep communication clear, details tight, and nothing falling through the cracks. She brings a calm, capable presence to a fast-moving business where the details always matter.

What makes Bella exceptional is not just her organization. It is her genuine care for the people she works with. Clients and speakers alike know that when Bella is handling the details, they are in good hands.

She is currently pursuing a degree in sports management and already brings real-world experience in event coordination, multi-priority scheduling, and high-pressure logistics to everything she does at Platinum. The apple did not fall far from the tree.
