Justin Jones-Fosu is a full-time Husband and Daddy first—and an international speaker, philanthropist, and award-winning author second.

Each year, Justin delivers 50–60 keynotes across the globe, bringing bold energy, insightful depth, and just enough dad jokes to make HR tilt their heads. Whether he’s challenging Fortune 500 leaders or mission-driven teams to Work & Lead to a Different Beat, his presentations are known for real-life application, heartfelt moments, and energy you won’t forget (even if you try).

He’s the author of Your WHY Matters NOW, The Inclusive Mindset, and the 6-time award-winning I Respectfully Disagree: How to Have Difficult Conversations in a Divided World—a timely and practical guide to building bridges to people rather than barriers from them.

Before stepping onto the stage full-time, Justin worked in HR and leadership at three Fortune 500 companies, earned an MBA in Leadership & Organizational Change, and pursued further studies in Human Resource Development. His work has been featured by Associated Press, SHRM Magazine, Oprah Daily, TIME, Fast Company, EBONY Magazine, and others for his unique ability to blend research, real talk, and relevance. He also holds the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, a credential earned by fewer than 15% of professional speakers worldwide.

But for Justin, the stage is only the start. As Chairperson of the Work Meaningful Foundation, he supports educational initiatives in under-resourced communities in Ghana and the U.S. And here’s the meaningful twist: at least 5% of all profits from every keynote and book go directly to the foundation—so every time someone books him or buys his work, they’re helping build classrooms and change lives. Now that’s purpose with a mic.
