How to Choose the Right Leadership Speaker
Once you’ve got a shortlist, the questions that actually predict a good outcome are these:
- Will they do the homework? Every speaker says they customize. The ones who mean it ask about your audience, your theme, and your challenges before they ever get on a call about fees.
- Will they engage beyond their session? The speakers who stay for other sessions, sit in the audience, and talk to your attendees in the hallway are the ones people remember.
- Will your people be able to use this on Monday? Inspiration fades by the parking lot. Tools don’t.
- Would you book them again? It’s a strange question to ask about someone you haven’t booked yet — but rebooking is the single strongest signal in this industry, and it’s worth asking us directly which of our speakers get invited back most.
More on that here: Why Events Are Rebooking the Same Speakers Again (and Again).
What Does a Leadership Keynote Speaker Cost?
Professional keynote speakers generally range from $10,000 to $30,000 and up, depending on experience, demand, travel, and how much customization you’re asking for. Our roster typically falls between $15,000 and $30,000.
Budget is a real constraint and we’d rather talk about it early than dance around it. If your number is tight, say so — we’ll tell you honestly who’s in range instead of pitching you someone you can’t afford.
