Donna Buttice

Founder and CEO

Donna Buttice founded Platinum Speakers Agency with one core belief: the relationship between the speaker, the agency, and the client is the key to creating unforgettable event experiences. Over years of working across every level of the speaking industry, she’s learned that when the right speaker connects with the right audience, something powerful happens – people leave inspired, engaged, and changed.

What sets Donna and Platinum Speakers Agency apart is her ability to understand both sides of the equation: what clients need to achieve and what speakers are uniquely positioned to deliver. That perspective allows her to serve as a true partner – ensuring every engagement is intentional, aligned, and impactful.

Donna has built long-standing relationships with both speakers and clients by leading with trust, clarity, and follow-through. Whether clients return to a familiar voice or explore a new one, they know their audience will walk away with an experience that resonates long after the event ends.

In addition to her work with Platinum Speakers Agency, Donna is actively involved in her community. She serves as a Governing Board Member of IASB, participates in her local Chamber of Commerce, and works as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster children.

 

Bella Buttice

Administrative Assistant

Bella Buttice supports speaker logistics, scheduling, and client coordination, helping ensure each engagement runs smoothly from start to finish. She works closely with Donna and the speakers to keep communication clear, details organized, and timelines on track.

Yes, she shares Donna’s last name and yes, the agency really is a family business. While there may be a little lighthearted nepotism involved, Bella has earned her role through strong organization, attention to detail, and a calm, capable presence behind the scenes.

Currently in the final stretch of her senior year of high school, Bella also serves as the high school football team manager, a role she has held for the past three years. Balancing fast-paced schedules, constant communication, and lots of moving parts comes naturally to her. She plans to pursue a degree in sports management in college and is already gaining real-world experience in the field.

Bella enjoys being part of a team that values relationships, responsiveness, and delivering exceptional experiences for both clients and speakers.
